Alexander James’ clients operate across a broad spectrum of industries with differing requirements in regard to vaccination against COVID-19. Many of our clients have made COVID-19 vaccination a requirement for any work placements in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their employees, contractors, and customers.
To be able to represent you to clients who limit roles or placements to vaccinated workers, we need to understand your vaccination status (whatever that may be) and will need to be able to share your vaccination status with those clients.
This declaration therefore asks whether you are prepared to disclose your vaccination status and for this to be shared with clients who have made vaccination a requirement for a role or placement you are performing or may be considered for.
If you cannot be vaccinated on the grounds of a medical or religious exemption, this declaration also asks you to provide details of this along with evidence in support.
If you are not vaccinated, choose not to disclose your status, or are not agreeable to information about your vaccine status being provided to clients, Alexander James will continue to represent you for roles or work placements which do not have a vaccination requirement. However we may not be able to represent you to clients who require vaccination. Further, if you are currently contracting with one of our clients which has put in place a vaccination requirement, your ongoing assignment may be impacted.
