• I authorise The Talent Mill to approach my referees for information about my employment performance if I have been shortlisted for a job opportunity. The Talent Mill will obtain my consent before contacting my referees.
  
  
• I authorise The Talent Mill to approach any organisation to confirm my educational or work qualifications.
  
  
• I understand that the information I provide to The Talent Mill is private and will only be used in relation to my employment application.
  
  
• I authorise The Talent Mill to confidentially disclose relevant information I have provided about myself to their clients in relation to employment opportunities.
